Jill was absolutely fabulous at helping with the process of buying my first property. She walked me through every step ahead of time so I knew exactly what to expect. She showed me properties that were exactly what I was looking for which helped me narrow it down. As I was searching she always helped me stay focused on what I said was important to me in looking for my home. Really knowledgeable with the Chicagoland area and the market. Knows how to negotiate and get exactly what you want. The people that she recommended from the lawyers to the lenders were immensely helpful along the way and I couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals. I will be using Jill for any real estate deal in the future and I would recommend her to anyone!
