Jill and her team were outstanding. They made a lot of promises, and they kept them all. She is an exceptional marketer, and did a wonderful job staging and listing my property. We just sold our second unit in as many months with his team, and once again, we received multiple offers within 48 hours and I closed at full asking price. Two in a row! Her team's transaction execution was exceptional. Closing two transactions in 60 days at full ask without any hassles is almost too good to be true. I cannot recommend her enough.
