Karen has sold 2 buildings for us and helped us find our downtown condo. She sold our 4-flat in one day - no hype or pressure. She sold our 9 flat that took a bit longer. She was considerate of our tenants, our feelings and our property. She is honest and not a pressure salesperson. She worked very hard on this particular property as it took a lot of work which she did not shrink from. She helped us find out "dream" condo downtown. She always was willing to show us anything we wanted to see at any time. She know our wants and needs and did not tease us with something that was beyond our desires. We love her!
