I was a 1st time buyer with limited resources. Karen put a lot of effort into finding me something that suited all my requirements. Karen also helped me through all other aspects, such as financing, home inspection, the lawyer for closing, etc. I really appreciated her efforts which turned a scary proposition filled with unknowns into a good experience for me.
