Karen and her team are very...very... good. So much so I'm reluctant to write such a glowing recommendation because I want to keep this gem team for myself but that wouldn't be right. Karen not only got me introduced to contractors, stagers, cleaners ect. She also managed process and orchestrated improvements so I never had to experience the horror stories one hears. Her transparency and honesty on the market and buyer appetite was also not only honest but true. Highest glowing recommendation
