Karen showed great enthusiasm and emotion throughout the process in spite of a number of external obstacles that we had to work against. I can tell she cared very much that we would get the outcome we desired, and worked hard towards that end. She was easy to work with and receptive to doing things outside her normal responsibilities, such as waiting for a new appliance delivery at the unit. I would gladly work with her again.
