I have purchased four homes in my life and searched for others at other times and I can say with complete confidence that Karen Schwartz is far and away the BEST realtor I have ever worked with. She is INCREDIBLY responsive and even though she has many clients, she seemed to always have had the time for me. She truly goes above and beyond in her customer service (nights, weekends, etc). She also negotiated with the other realtor masterfully (which is unusual in my book as many realtors just want to "get to closing" and don't care about getting the best deal for their clients). She also gave honest opinions about properties (which, again, is unusual as saying negative things could delay 'getting to closing"). Other positives are that (a) Karen is extremely knowledgeable about the greater Chicago area and (b) her team behind the scenes were also a joy to work with. I only have positive things to say about Karen.
