I hired Karen in the summer of 2010 to help me sell my two Scottsdale condos. I had these condos on the market for almost a year before I met Karen, and had gone through three other realtors during that time without hardly any traffic, and no offers. Due to Karen's advertising efforts and hard work, I started getting traffic. Both of my condos sold by the end of 2010. Quite a feat in this market.
