I was really impressed with Katia Criag, please don't let her accent fool or discourage you. When I spoke to her over the phone I was initially worried there would be some type of language barrier or understanding but that was not the case at all. We spoke over the phone initially and I explained what I was looking for. She sent me some listings on what I could be interested in, I reviewed them and we set up to see a few houses. After our first day out looking at houses, she got even a better Idea of what we were looking for and what could better work for us. Sure enough soon after, she found us a house in a really good neighborhood right around our max budget and showed us the listing ASAP. We put an offer in and she helped us negotiate, and even with three other offers she did everything she could which ultimately got us the house. I worked with a few other agents in the past and the experience was no where near comparable. I honestly didn't think there were any good agents in Chicago because of the handful of agents I dealt with. I'm completely comfortable recommending Katia to friends, family, and anyone else looking for an Agent that is great at her job.
