Kevin was very professional and helped me find a great apartment in the west loop. No pressure and sticks with you to find the right place. Many brokers in Chicago take you only to the apartments THEY want to sell you, but Kevin was attentive to my requests and was honest about whether or not a place was a good fit for me. General advice to any apartment hunter: always be attentive to even the smallest things - shower pressure, noise level from outside or near apartments, washer/dryer, trash chute, etc.
