I will never use another realtor again - Lauren & the Green Group we're nothing short of fantastic to work with and made my first-time home purchase easier and less stressful than my last car purchase. 1. Incredibly responsive - I would send texts or emails at random times, not expecting a response until the next appropriate moment, and a would often be surprised to receive a response within minutes. 2. Very Knowledgeable & Thorough - Was very impressed with the questions she had asked the Seller, Agent, property, etc., such as making sure to ask what the condo building/property cash reserves were for special projects. 3. Transparent & Honest - straightforward & transparent about the process, little things with the property, misc. things to think about, even when it wasn't necessarily in her best interests to tell something to me. (I.e., I was excited about a certain property and she gave me and number of reasons why that was a bad idea) 4. Great Communicator & Accountable - At the beginning of our conversations, I was still half in, half out as work/life was pretty busy. Laureen's follow-up was spot on, doing everything she said she would do within the timelines we set. Additionally, she was great at holding me accountable for my tasks and timelines. I truly believe I wouldn't be a super happy homeowner, writing this review in my kitchen right now if it weren't for her follow-up (& a good nudge ). 5. Local Knowledge - When I started my search I expected to spend 5 days looking at dozens of places and countless hours of research. We found my dream first home in 1 day, and that wasn't by accident. Laureen spent several hours talking with me and gain an understanding of what I was looking for so once we looked at places, it was pretty easy. 6. Network - Every single one of Lauren's recommendations was perfect. The Lender, home inspector, real estate lawyer, moving company, etc, we're great and made the 30-day close process simple. Apart from the above, Lauren & the Green Group were fun to work with. I enjoyed talking with Lauren and her team members, made me feel extremely comfortable, and always felt they had my best interests at heart.
