Lauren helped us find an apartment to rent very quickly, within 2 1/2 weeks. She sent us new property updates everyday, and replied to all of my questions very promptly. She was super nice, and was very good at checking in and sending us properties, all the while not pushing too hard or bothering us, which is a tricky balance.
