I'm usually suspicious of the realtor cards that come in the mail but due to the limited timeline, I chose to contact Lindsey. From the first time we met, she seemed organized, efficient, and understood our limitations. She was the only person who could get polite and efficient responses from the property manager. That alone is a testament to her professional demeanor. She was super responsive, even when she went on vacation. I felt important & like she had our best interests at heart. What made it even better is her interactions with the other sellers and myself. She didn't take the sale to mean the end of her job. She sent gifts, one of which was a beautiful coffee table book of what had been my home for years, that showed she really got to know me and what I loved about my old home. On a professional front, by following her advice, the property was sold in less than a week. I wish she worked where I live now.
