My boyfriend and I used Lindsey to find an apartment to buy together in the South Loop. Being first time home buyers - I was nervous about the entire process but Lindsey was there every step of the way. After seeing a few apartments it was clear that she had listened to what we said we liked and disliked at each location as she pointed out some other buildings that she though would suit out needs/wants. We fell in love with an apartment and put an offer down but unfortunately the seller accepted a different offer - she maintained a relationship for us with the sellers agent in case anything changed. That seller backed out and Lindsey contacted us immediately so that we could reinstate our offer and get the apartment that we loved. As first time home buyers there were multiple steps along the way where we needed guidance and Lindsey always responded quickly with honest advice. She was a resource for us throughout the entire process and am so glad that we used her to find an apartment. I would recommend her to anyone looking for property in Chicago.
