Linette Thompson was referred to me by a realtor I was trying to work with but she did not do estates. She previously worked with Linette and knew her expertise in estate sales. Linette kept me informed in this difficult sale involving a fuzzy title which had to be cleared before sale. The condo had to be cleared of contents before sale. She knew who to go to in order to get this done. She knew who to go to in order to get the condo cleaned for sale. This sale was difficult for me since I live in Colorado and this property was in Chicago and belonged to my sister. Everything was done through a Power of Attorney using email, fax, and telephone. She knew how to price the condo and was familiar with the condo building and its manager, who she has dealt with many times prior.
