I'd like to take this opportunity to personally express my deepest appreciation to Linette Thompson for all of her tireless efforts, professional guidance, and invaluable assistance in the past few months to sell my second condo in Chicago. As I don't reside there, Linette facilitated everything from contracting a highly competent real estate attorney to brainstorming on how to renovate the unit to attract the best potential buyers. She was dedicated to always be in constant communication with me, either via email and/or over the phone, orienting and keeping me up to date on all the latest sales comps, as well as pertinent marketplace information. In summary, this sale would have been nearly impossible for me to achieve on my own.
