Does not get better than Lisa Sanders. Lisa took on our home after an epic failure with another realtor for 8 months. We hired Lisa and Dream Town on 11/30 and we now live in California, so we never got a chance to formally meet but Lisa came in and told us exactly what we needed to do to get our house sold and to stand out. Not only did she have a contract on our house in 24 HOURS, did I mention it was Christmas Eve? Our home went live with Lisa and Dream Town on 12/23, showing on 12/24 and a negotiated sale price on 12/25/16! Our house sold/closed on 1/30/17. Lisa gets it done! She could not be more on top of her game and knows her market and what works to sell a home. We are grateful for all her hard work and would recommend her HIGHLY!
