As first time homebuyers, my husband and I had no idea what to expect and where to start. We contacted Dream Town Realty in response to one of their advertisements, and were immediately set up with Lynn Mendel. We couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Lynn was extremely patient with us as we were unsure of what area of Chicago to begin our search. After narrowing it down to Lakeview, we saw condo after condo, unsure if we were going to get what we wanted for or price range. After being out-bid for one home, we felt a bit discouraged. However, Lynn kept a positive attitude, and we quickly found a home that we liked even more than the original one. It was close to the train, in a lively neighborhood, and had tons of character. We are so happy with our first home and felt lucky that Lynn also had so much knowledge about real estate as well as the mortgage industry.
