Buying a home in a distant city creates many challenges. We decided to look for a home in Chicago, but had no idea where to go for a real estate agent. Not wanting to pick someone cold turkey we asked a friend to make a recommendation. That's how we found Maggie! From the very beginning she listened to what we had in mind, educated us about the neighborhoods and sent us listings to review. She worked closely with our son who was going to rent the house. We had only a single weekend to look at everything and make a choice, and she was amazing at organizing our tour of ten properties in two days. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and organized. She guided us through negotiations on two houses which we did not purchase but our offer on a third property was accepted and we closed on a lovely home in Andersonville.
