1. Why did you decide to make a move? In this insane market, it was super helpful to have a trusted realtor with the background Mario had to not only make the buying process easy - but also to navigate a lot of things about home ownership/home buying we hadn't considered before. We wanted something that would be big enough for our growing family, but not too overwhelming (and within our price range). Mario not only helped us find the home of our dreams - he sent us a nice pizza pie after it closed! 2. What were you looking for in your Realtor. I'm married, but him being great looking doesn't hurt. Also, he is incredibly patient - takes time to walk through every aspect of the home buying/selling process - and LISTENS! 3. Why did you choose us? I love the Mario Bongiorno team because how accessible he was, how incredible our photos turned out, how much we got for our home (above asking!) and for how smoothe it all was. 4. What did you value most about our service? Mario is great - but the legal team he used, the photographer, even the cleaning service he recommended were also top notch. 5. What advice would you give to a potential buyer or seller? We initially reached out to Mario 8 months before we even made a move to get feelers out there. From that first call he had an idea of what we were looking for and the timeline we were working on, and never pressured us to move any faster! Once we found our dream home, he was on that like a LION IN HEAT! SO fast and efficient, we were able to move in in under 20 days!
