Marty was an excellent real estate agent for both the sale of my property and the purchasing of a new one. Both times I used Marty he sold the properties in less than a month and at the prices I was looking for. For the purchase of my most recent property, my wife and I knew what neighborhood we wanted to live in. However, we did not find any properties listed in our search area that fit our needs and budget. Marty was very resourceful and got us in to see properties that were no longer on the market or were not yet listed to help us find our dream home. We found it and plan to live here the rest of our life.
