Mary helped me buy my first house and it was a wonderful experience. Throughout the whole process Mary was both my adviser and advocate. She saved me time, headaches and found the perfect home for me. Perhaps the best example of her role as an advisor and advocate was how she found my home. I found a property in my ideal neighborhood but it was under contract with another buyer shortly after its arrival on the market. Mary was quick to find a similar property that was even better! She searched properties like it that were previously on the market but current not active. She contacted the agent and was able to get me an appointment. Had she not been pro-active and just waited until it came back on I might have gotten into a bidding war and/or lost out on the property. Mary was noted the addition on the back of the house as a major perk. I didn't think much about it because I was more concerned about my commute time. But now that I live in the house I can't imagine purchasing a similar property without the additional space. After Mary found the property, she was great to work with throughout the "under contract" period. She was quick to respond and patient- even when she had to explain the difference between a home inspection and a home appraisal five different times. Mary is committed to helping her clients understand new terminology. Most importantly Mary is honest about the upsides and downsides of each property. I went into home ownership with the knowledge of the costs and benefits of my home. Over all Mary was fantastic to work with and I will continue to strongly recommend her to my friends and family.
