My husband and I were looking to sell our condo in order to shorten our respective commutes. After meeting with two other realtors one of which was a recommendation from a family member, I heard about the great work Megan is known for through a friend, we met with Megan, and what struck me was her honesty. Other realtors told us what we wanted to hear, but Megan broke down the comparable sales in our area and made sure we understood the entire process before we signed with her. Since we had only one comparable sale near our asking price, we made the process challenging for her from the outset.
