As everyone knows, the last couple years have been anything but ideal for selling real estate. However, having retired in August of 2010 and anxious to be with my family in Colorado, I was determined to sell my Chicago "Gold Coast" Condo and determined to find the right real estate agent - I succeeded on both counts!
