My husband Michael and I recently sold and bought a new house with your agent Moshe Abir. I wanted to take a moment and express to you how genuinely satisfied and thoroughly impressed we are. Moshe understands all the inner workings of this complex industry and was able to assist and advise us throughout the entire 6 month process. Moshe's level of communication and availability are exceptional. I was impressed by how quick he is to respond to emails, set up showings, get answers and follow up from others. I am a person that wants things done "yesterday" and it is rare to find someone so dedicated to his clients' needs. Our situation was not an easy one. To spare you the details, we had many hurdles such as low appraisals to overcome in both the selling and buying of our home. Moshe was able to navigate through the issues and negotiate a good selling and buying price. Two days before our scheduled closing we were in jeopardy of losing our new house due to a desk review appraisal. In the end, it truly was Moshe that we have to thank for getting us our new home. He went above and beyond what a real estate agent is responsible for. He worked round the clock to rally all the other parties involved to make sure this happened for us. With so many people looking out for their own interests in real estate transaction, there is no better feeling than to have someone you trust on your side. When we were finally in our new home, my husband and I still requested Moshe's help. He was able to rectify a mistake made by another party at the closing. And when we needed to tackle some home repairs once again we looked to Moshe for guidance. A couple days ago I received a follow up email from him just asking if we were able to take care of the home issue and if we needed any further assistance. Now that is what I call client service. This is the second home we bought with Moshe and it will not be the last. We will obviously be sending all our friends and family his way but I wanted to let you know what a strong agent you have in your company.
