Nate did an excellent job from start to finish! He provided us the comps on our place and talked to us about options when we were wondering if we should list our home or not. He was very professional, showed up on time, responded quickly to all our questions, followed up on every step, and if he was not sure on the answer he was honest about that and found out the answers we needed. Nate worked not only with us but for us, providing us council and advice on different decisions throughout the process. He went above and beyond, from talking with our tenant to attending our inspection and final walk through with the buyer (which was not done by a previous Realtor).
