Nate is fantastic! He is patient, asks amazingly smart questions, and pays attention. Extremely professional and so good what at he does: part realtor, part therapist. He knows the stress of finding a proper home and goes out of his way to make it as painless as possible. Within 20 minutes of our first phone conversation, I had 1/2 dozen places in my email box to look at. Within a day, he picked me up in his car, and we were looking at places. The first one - a two bedroom condo - was the place of my dreams. I think I actually squealed. Since then I have recommended him to friends and colleagues.
