Nate did an incredible job helping us find a condominium. First he helped us narrow our search down to a few areas, and was very generous with his time showing us around. We finally decided we really wanted to move into a particular building, but werenâ¬"t happy with the available units that were listed. Nate went the extra mile and wrote letters to all the owners in the building, asking whether they were interested in selling to us. A few owners responded, and we ended up buying one of the units before it was listed. It worked out perfectly for both them and us. On top of it, Nate met with us to sign papers on the day before he ran a full marathon, and met with us again on the day after! Unbelievable.
