Nathan did a fantastic job finding us a great place in the West Loop that was exactly what we wanted. He is extremely knowledgeable about the West Loop neighborhood. At the beginning of the buying process he took the time to explain the entire process and answer all of our questions. He was also very well prepared with available properties and comparative sales even at our first meeting. As we started our search Nathan was very efficient at finding us properties to look at and fitting the showings into our schedule. He was able to find us pocket listings to look at before they went on the market. He was easy to get in touch with and was very professional as we went to the showings. Nathan was very helpful as we worked through putting in an offer. We really liked how he has the contracts set up to be able to sign while we were at work so it didn't slow down the process. He was aggressive with our offer and negotiation and got us a great price. Nathan suggested an excellent lender and attorney to work with and the entire close process went very smoothly. He checked in with us often to make sure that everything was on track. Overall we were extremely happy that we worked with Nathan and we would recommend him to anyone. He made the entire process very easy for us and ultimately found us a great new home.
