Nicole is a rock star! She suggested the perfect price for selling our condo in Rogers Park - so much so that we had (and accepted!) an above list price offer only hours after listing it! Crazy! But wait...we accepted an offer, where were we going to live? No worries, Nicole had us covered. We had four neighborhoods we wanted to look in and Nicole, and her assistant Jill, were knowledgeable in all of them. Perfect! We ended up finding a great house in Portage Park and were able to get our offer in before others because Nicole and Jill were prepared with paperwork at the viewing. Plus it helps that Nicole knows many Chicago realtors and has a great rapport with all of them (including the one for the house we purchased!) We would highly recommend Nicole for anyone selling or buying a home in the Chicago area! Very personable and knowledgeable and just a genuinely nice person!
