We used Nicole for both selling our old home and buying our new one. We first contacted her in 2013 and she was honest with us and let us know that we would not be able to sell our home for what we needed at that time. We sat and waited for two years for the market to improve, and unlike other agents we had contacted in the past, Nicole kept in touch with us and kept us informed about the market and gave advice as to the best time to sell. On the selling end, Nicole was knowledgeable about the current market in our neighborhood and what we could reasonably expect to sell our home for. She went out of her way to bring in professionals to help stage and photograph the home. Our listing looked amazing! Nicole always gave us plenty of notice when someone was going to look at our home, and she went out of our way to come to every showing that she could because we were uncomfortable with the idea of a lockbox. Nicole gave wonderful advice when we got offers as to weather or not it was an offer worth considering, explaining why one offer was better then another, and she went out of her way to accommodate us to make sure we were able to lock in the best deal. On the buying end, Nicole was patient with us when we were just not finding what we were looking for in the neighborhood we were interested in. She did her best to make sure to make time for us, even when it was only one or two houses we were interested in seeing. When we did finally find the home we wanted to make an offer on, Nicole offered guidance on putting together an offer and helping us lock in the deal. We couldn't have asked for a better agent!
