Nicole has previously helped us sell a home. This year, Nicole helped with the purchase of a new condo. We employed Nicole for the purchase because our prior experience was so positive. We are currently living out of state, so having the support of an excellent real estate agent is critical. Nicole worked with us every step of the way and was always protecting our interests. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of purchase, and the process, and guided us through the process end to end. She made certain that all of the bases were covered and that we understood the implications of any of the purchase documents. Nicole was a wonderful complement to our real estate attorney. When we looked at properties, Nicole made certain that we saw the positives and any issues that the property had. Nicole spotted several issues with the property that we eventually purchased. As a result we were able to list those necessary corrections in our contract. Since we were unable to attend the pre-contract inspection because we were out of state, Nicole gave us a hand with that as well. Nicole also made full use of the resources of her firm. If Nicole was going to be unavailable, then she made arrangements to have her very capable assistant step in and cover. We have nothing but accolades for Nicole. She would be the first real estate agent that we would recommend in the Chicago area.
