We had a complicated sale, did our research for an experienced agent, and fortunately selected Nicole Flores for the task. Nicole is pleasant to work with, listens to her customers, and is an extremely hard worker. For example, while a lot of agents simply place a lock box on a property and rely on the buyers' agents to sell the property, Nicole made sure that she attended almost every showing for this complicated listing and listened to the feedback from the potential buyers.
