Nicole Flores and her assistant were absolutely outstanding. They helped in many ways that I might think are beyond the scope of the job. This included helping find contractors to help with issues on the house, forwarding the mail before the US Post Office forwarding started, and addressing issues that were left behind after the estate sale completed. I received clear and understandable explanations about the process, the market, the status of the sale, and never had to wonder what was going on with the house. Nicole made me feel completely comfortable through the process. She let me make my own decisions, but gave me excellent guidance at the same time. I would not hesitate a moment before recommending Nicole and the service of Baird and Warner.
