This review cannot possibly do justice to the incredible home buying experience that Nicole and her team provided. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of trepidation going into the process, but the Hajdu Group made the entire thing so easy and painless that I had to share our story for any other buyers who may be looking for the right realtor. My wife and I were referred to Nicole by a mutual friend and longtime client of hers. Although we did our diligence and interviewed other candidates, we were immediately impressed by Nicole and knew right away when speaking with her that she was the right choice for us. There is so much about Nicole and how she conducts her business that would be a huge asset to any prospective buyer (first-time, or otherwise). Nicole is extremely organized, proactive, and communicative. Every time we reached out to her (by phone, email, text), we were met with an immediate response and crystal clear answers to our questions. She always arrived on time to phone conferences and showings, with detailed information in hand about the properties we were seeing as well as next steps in the process. Nothing about the process was a mystery as Nicole had us informed and prepared from day 1. Nicole is also extremely knowledgeable about her profession and the market, and is talented at her craft. At viewings, she provided special insights about each property, sought answers to questions we didn't even know we should ask, and helped us strategize and prepare for the process of making an offer. When it was time to make our move, Nicole helped us craft a unique and attractive offer for the seller. Needless to say, not only did we get the house, but we got it under the asking price, in a competitive market, with multiple offers! She is a genius! Last but not least, Nicole knows how to put together a team. We followed her lead and worked with the lenders, attorneys, and inspectors she suggested, and we couldn't have been more pleased every step of the way. This group of people made the process of securing a loan and our first home so simple. Putting our trust in this group paid off big time and we could not be more thankful. With no hesitation, I would recommend Nicole and the Hajdu Group to any buyer who values their own time, money, and peace of mind. Nicole is an absolute star in this industry and exceeded our expectations in so many ways. If I could award more than five stars, I would!
