All I can say is that my husband and I were browsing the market for a few months. We were surfing online, on our own, because we really had no interest in working with a realtor so if we saw something online that we felt was walk through worthy, we'd call the listing agent and schedule a walk through... until Nicole Hajdu. Nicole knew so much about the house she was selling so it was obvious that she really did her homework on her listing (Note to SELLERS, there's nothing more annoying than a realtor who seems uninspired or ready to leave). Also, her enthusiasm felt genuine because it seemed as if she really enjoyed her job (which I now know she does!). After her first walk through, my husband and I stuck with her to look at other homes. She would come to every appointment with a folder full of print outs, MLS listings with pictures and any information she could get her hands on. NOT pushy so we never felt any pressure. Even though we initially called to see her listing, she didn't even try to push it when we expressed that we were not interested. She was consistent with calling back pretty quickly and she REALLY made the whole process of buying a house stress free. After about a month with her, we found our home. You know, maybe we just got spoiled because I think back to the horror stories I've heard about buying a house wah wah wah and personally, I think it was a piece of cake!
