Nicole has a lot of knowledge about the real estate market. She is also personable and gets to know her clients. I was a first time home buyer and she was patient with my persistence to look at tons of condos and answered all of my questions along the way. When I settled on bidding on a foreclosure, Nicole told me everything I needed to know about the process. She was persistent and asked the association, bank's agent, etc. all of my many questions during the process and made me feel at ease that things were going to work out in my favor, and they did.
