We recommend Pam Cirignani without hesitation. We were on an unbelievably tight buy schedule, needing to find and close on a place within 30 days starting in the middle of May. Worse, our area of interest was broad: anything along the 606 - literally hundreds of potential properties. But Pam knows her market and she learns about her clients. After a detailed interview with my daughter, for whom we were buying, she narrowed the choices to a manageable dozen, then set up showings in an efficient order that took place over a three-day period. Of course, nothing in this kind of hectic approach goes perfectly, but she remained calm and pivoted when necessary and we saw what we needed to see. Best part, though, was when we found a place we loved. Unfortunately for us, four other potential buyers loved it, too, but Pam helped us craft an air-tight offer that beat the others. It was like a game of chess with her anticipating the opponents moves. She knows her stuff.
