He was my real estate agent from Dream Town Realty, and I consider myself very fortunate in having had him Represent me in the purchase of my first home. Patrick's professionalism and perseverance guided me throughout the home buying process, which made my search for a home a complete success. With Patrick, setting up appointments to view properties was easy. I could easily reach him, and he was always very prompt and flexible with setting up the appointments. He was also very knowledgable, and was always ready to answer any questions that I had. His ability to work with other real estate agents also made him instrumental in the purchase of my home. The home I chose happened to be a short sale with a difficult/unprofessional agent representing the seller of the property. Patrick understood how much I desired to own the home, and he implemented all the strategies necessary to overcome any obstacles that were put in our path. Patrick remained professional with perseverance throughout his many conversations and meeting with the seller's agent. Aside from his professional qualities, I can also say that Patrick is a very amiable person. He was always ready to listed to what I had to say, and never game me the impression that he was in a rush and did not have time for me. I also never felt like I was being rushed or pressured by Patrick to buy any particular property.
