Phil Mistrata is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I really appreciate his extensive knowledge and straight forward attitude. He will tell you what you need to hear and not just what you want to hear. I trust him completely to do what's best for me and my family. His expertise has also help me rent my condo to great tenants. His in-depth search for potential renters have yielded tenants that have rented for several years and took very good care of the place.
