Ramona is simply the best. Ramona was my agent for both the buying and selling processes. In fact, I selected her for the selling process because of how I was treated during the buying process. That is, she took the time to answer every one of my many questions, made me feel confident in her abilities, and because of these qualities, I trusted her. When I began a search for a condo, Ramona listened to my budget needs and really worked to get me the condo I wanted at a budget I could afford. When it came time to selling, once again, she listened to my needs and we secured a selling price that I was happy with. Ramona made me feel like I was her number one priority at all times, checking in with me on a regular basis to find out how I was feeling about the process and asking all the right questions to potential buyers until we had a solid offer on the table. She also referred me to some outstanding legal advice and a wonderful mortgage broker. I could not speak more highly of Ramona as a professional, and as a hard-working real estate agent. Most especially for nervous first-time buyers, Ramona is top notch at being on your side and ensuring that your questions are answered in a timely manner.
