Rena took over for another realtor that wasn't getting the job done. It was like flipping a light switch. She went over and above to accommodate us living 1000 miles away from the property. She utilized her network to get our unit into showing condition quicker than we expected. She was honest, to the point, and did what she said she would. Not much else we can ask for. We'd use her again if we had another Chicago property.
