Ryan helped me find my dream condo! He is very knowledgeable, straightforward, and friendly when it comes to information (from the condo to the whole city) and interaction... not only that, but he was lightning fast on staying on top of communication between me and the sellers' agent(s). Ryan was kind enough to have answered all texts and calls even on his off hours!!! So important, especially since hurdles may come along in the escrow process, which may cause some uneasiness while waiting. One of my favorite aspects of purchasing through him, was his encouragement of my safety in choosing location. He really took care and I would recommend him to anyone!
