I cannot recommend Salomon highly enough for your real estate needs. I had a condo that presented some special challenges, but Salomon helped me rent it for a few years and then to finally sell it. He gave me realistic advice about the timeline we needed to follow and always kept me updated every step of the way. He worked very respectfully with my renters who were living in the unit as we were showing it. Salomon went above and beyond by being there for all the showings, inspections, and walk-throughs and because I live out of state, even did a video walk-through for me after the renters moved out so I could be comfortable that the condo was ready to turn over to the buyers at closing. I really appreciate that Salomon stuck with me throughout the whole process. He is a true professional!
