Shelly is a miracle worker! We recently put him in a challenging situation: find a condo that would meet our needs for investment potential, while pleasing our first tenants - our son and his fiancee who both just graduated from law school. We all absolutely love our new place in Uptown, where we're happy with the price and possibilities, the kids are happy with the space and location, and Shelly's excellent service (and patience with the kids who were first-time property hunters) made it our smoothest home-purchase experience ever.
