I was terrified by the prospect of becoming a first-time homeowner but Stephanie made everything a lot easier than I thought possible. She was extremely patient with me and all those involved in my final decision and was always extremely considerate and honest about every step of the process. I never felt any pressure whatsoever and knew I could count on her giving me unbiased feedback about each home we viewed. We went through the arduous process of bidding on 2 different foreclosures and losing to bidding wars, but each time Stephanie stayed on top of the other realtors (who were frustratingly aloof at times). Each time she gave me solid advice on how to handle the flurry of bidding and reassured me that if I put my best bid forward and lost, it was not meant to be. Well, she was right and losing out on those homes was a blessing because the home I finally purchased was superior in every way. She dealt with my OCD texting and googling and I never once felt like she was annoyed with me.
