Steve Genyk and his team were fantastic in selling our condo. They made us feel comfortable that we were in the right hands the entire process. Steve listened to what we wanted and gave his advice, which was incredibly helpful. From staging the condo, to repairs, paint colors, you name it. Our expectations were high with Steve, but he still managed to exceed them. We will definitely be using Steve whenever we need a Chicagoland real estate agent.
