If you're looking for top-notch connections, endless 24/7 support (seriously), a listener who isn't afraid to say what needs to be said, patience, optimism, and the hardest-working realty team in Chicago, Susie and the Kanter team IS IT. My husband and I turned to Susie this year to help us find our "forever" home. We were torn between the suburbs and the North Side, and Susie patiently worked to show us the best she and we could find in 3 different cities. But it was her connections in the realty world (where she knows everyone!) that led us to our dream home, and her support through all the twists and turns that buying can sometimes be were absolutely invaluable. For the newcomers to realty, Susie will walk you through everything you need to know, and as many times as you want or need. For the experienced, I believe Susie will get to brass-tax as quickly as humanly possible, and be the bulldog you want when the going gets tough. I honestly would give her 10 stars if I could, and my husband and I frequently silently thank Susie as we walk through our beautiful home. She really understood what we wanted and found us exactly that home, in the price point we wanted, and then stayed with us through the whole process to ensure it became ours. We loved, too, how many contacts she has in the construction/legal/inspection world. Everyone she recommended to us turned out to be the best people we have hired for those jobs. Added to all of this, you won't find a kinder, nicer person, a more true spirit, who laughed and cried along with us, as if she were the one buying our home, rooting for us every step of the way.
