I spent the better part of the summer of 2019 working with Susie and her team to sell a condo in Lincoln Square while looking for a new condo in the surrounding areas. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave advice based on her experience as a realtor and as a neighbor, and always took the time to explain the little details of the process. My condo sold quickly and was a seamless process thanks to Susie and her colleagues at DreamTown realty. Someone was always available to answer questions, show my apartment, or refer service people needed to get my place in shape for showings. When the new condo had appraisal issues after going under contract, Susie took the time to carefully pull data and counter the appraisal. With the help of the attorney she referred for the process, the property was re-assessed promptly and found to be consistent with our offer. She never made me feel like a burden, she always took me seriously, she went on endless showings with me and always gave good feedback never making me feel rushed or hurried. The very few times she was unreachable during the process, she ensured that a member of her team was available to me in her absence (even though she still tended to check in almost daily while away). Susie loves what she does and it shows and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted within my initial budget. She is a pleasure to work with and while I never want to move again - if I do, Susie would be my first call.
