Susie helped me sell my Lincoln Square condo with tenants in two weeks! I was concerned about listing while the unit was occupied, but Susie assured me that she had worked with tenants on showings, etc. in the past and that we could do it. I was very happy that I moved forward. Susie worked well with my tenants and even helped me get repairs completed prior to closing. Susie and her team went above and beyond to get my condo sold quickly. Since I live out of state, it was a great help to me to not have to travel to get things done.
